At SpeediePlush, we want every Speedie® to feel confident and happy with their purchase.

60 Day Happiness Guarantee You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If your Speedie® doesn't meet your expectations, reach out to us and we'll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at speedieplush1@outlook.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used for the purchase
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos if there is an issue (optional)

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

Refunds Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please include photos of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different variant or product, contact us and we will assist you with the process.

Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases we cover the return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you still need help, reach out to us at speedieplush1@outlook.com and we will look into it.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
